Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
Juice of ½ lemon (freshly squeezed)
1 pinch cayenne pepper
½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
1 cup warm water
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Warm the water until it’s slightly hot but not boiling.
Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cayenne, cinnamon, and honey to the water.
Stir until fully combined.
Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.
For best results, use daily and pair with a high-protein, low-glycemic diet and regular physical activity.
