Ingredients
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
1 cup warm water (not boiling)
Optional: 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: Pinch of turmeric and black pepper
Instructions
Heat the water until warm but not boiling.
Add lemon juice and grated ginger to the water and stir.
Mix in raw honey until fully dissolved.
For enhanced benefits, stir in apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and black pepper.
Let the drink steep for 2–3 minutes, then consume warm.
Drink once daily in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
