Instructions
Bring 1 cup of filtered water to a gentle boil.
Place lemon balm leaves in a mug or teapot and pour the hot water over them.
Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes to extract the herbal benefits.
Strain the tea into a mug.
Add lemon juice and honey if desired, stir gently.
