Ingredients
1 batch brownie mix (boxed or homemade, enough for 9x13 or 12-inch round pan)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 banana, sliced (optional)
1/4 cup mandarin orange segments
1/4 cup raspberries (optional)
1 tbsp apple jelly or apricot preserves (optional, for glaze)
Instructions
Prepare brownie mix according to package or homemade instructions. Bake in a greased or parchment-lined round pizza pan or tart pan. Let cool completely.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
Spread frosting evenly over cooled brownie base.
Arrange fruit on top in concentric circles or desired pattern.
(Optional) Warm jelly in microwave and brush lightly over fruit for shine and moisture protection.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Customize with seasonal fruits, drizzle with chocolate or caramel, or swap the frosting for Nutella, mascarpone, or whipped Greek yogurt. For best texture, assemble just before serving or within 2 hours.
