Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
Juice from 1/2 lemon (freshly squeezed)
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
1 cup warm water (not hot)
Instructions
Grate ginger and squeeze fresh lemon juice.
In a glass or mason jar, combine ACV, lemon juice, ginger, and honey.
Add warm water and stir until well mixed.
Drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before a meal.
Optional: Add cinnamon, turmeric, or mint for added benefits and flavor.
Notes
For best results, drink consistently for at least 2–4 weeks. Use a straw to protect tooth enamel and rinse your mouth afterward. Avoid boiling water to preserve enzymes.
