Ingredients
1 pinch Persian or Himalayan blue salt (about ⅛ teaspoon)
1 cup warm filtered water
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
½ teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Warm 1 cup of filtered water until it’s comfortably warm but not boiling.
Add a pinch of blue salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon (optional for added vitamin C).
Stir in raw honey (optional) for flavor and added mineral support.
Drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
Notes
For best effects, use unrefined, natural Persian or Himalayan blue salt. Avoid dyed or synthetic salts. Drink daily for 2–3 weeks to assess results.
