Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 slice fresh ginger or ½ teaspoon grated ginger
16 oz warm or room temperature water
Instructions
In a glass or mason jar, pour in the 16 oz of warm or room temperature water.
Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
Stir in the pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
Add sliced or grated ginger and stir again.
Let the drink sit for 5 minutes, then enjoy.
Drink once daily on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals.
Notes
Do not exceed 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar per serving. Always use raw, unfiltered ACV and properly dilute. Optional add-ins: cayenne pepper or cinnamon for an extra metabolism boost.
