Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

  • 1 slice fresh ginger or ½ teaspoon grated ginger

  • 16 oz warm or room temperature water

Instructions

  • In a glass or mason jar, pour in the 16 oz of warm or room temperature water.

  • Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

  • Stir in the pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.

  • Add sliced or grated ginger and stir again.

  • Let the drink sit for 5 minutes, then enjoy.

 

  • Drink once daily on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals.

Notes

Do not exceed 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar per serving. Always use raw, unfiltered ACV and properly dilute. Optional add-ins: cayenne pepper or cinnamon for an extra metabolism boost.
